Use the included magnetic key card to unlock the top canister and access the oil compartment. The magnet is on the key part of the card—when the unit unlocks, you’ll hear a click.
Unscrew the 800mL brown bottle and fill it with Hotel Collection oil (do not overfill). Securely reattach the bottle.
Place the canister back into the diffuser. Remove the key card and ensure there are no oil leaks.
Plug in the diffuser, set your program, and you’re ready to go! To turn it on, press the middle power button. Press it again to turn it off.
Power down your HVAC system, then find a central location near your return duct for even distribution. Ensure the area is easily accessible for refills and maintenance.

Locate the supply air duct (after the air filter) and drill a small hole for the scenting tube. Insert the tube 1-2 inches into the hole and secure it with HVAC tape to prevent movement.
Plug the diffuser into a power outlet, ensuring that the power source is stable. Turn on the diffuser, adjust the intensity to your desired strength, and set a schedule to fit your needs.

Yes! This machine can be used as a standalone unit or can be hooked directly into your HVAC. We recommend placing the unit on a sturdy surface such as a non-carpeted floor, a table, or it can even be mounted to your wall!
We do not recommend utilizing non-Hotel Collection fragrance oils for this machine as our oils are crafted from pure, clean ingredients that will keep the machine from becoming clogged. Other brands have additional ingredients that will harm the integrity of the machine.
Yes! We lead the market in Cold Air Diffusion Technology (patent-pending); the safest, cleanest way to fill a space with pure, residue-free aroma. Also, our oils are IFRA (International Fragrance Association) and Leaping Bunny certified with zero water or harsh chemicals. They are safe for kids, pets, artwork, and furniture.

A 500mL bottle will last at least 30 days on the suggested settings. We recommend running the unit for no more than 12 hours per day. For optimal performance, use a work/pause cycle of 40 seconds on and 160 seconds off.
Yes! This device has a programmable timer that can be customized by day and time.
To set the event time, tap the ‘Mode’ button to enter event setup. Then, tap ‘Set’ to cycle through the hours, minutes, and days. When the part you want to change starts flashing, use the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ buttons to adjust it. For selecting or deselecting specific days, press the ‘Power’ button.
No, the device has its own built-in bottle where you need to pour the oil. Do not try to screw in the separate oil bottles that come with your order.

The scent are amazing all arround the house
We purchased the smaller unit and quickly upgraded to the Villa for our larger home.
