Membership Disabled

The membership product is either disabled or does not exist. This could be due to any of the following reasons:

  • Membership product was not created successfully. Please check in Shopify to see if the membership product exists.
  • Membership product is in "Draft" state. Update the product state to "Active".
  • Membership product is not in the Online Store sales channel. Please assign the product to the Online Store sales channel for it to be available on the storefront.
  • No tiers have been selected to display on the Landing Page. Make sure at least 1 tier is enabled in the landing page customizer within the "Pricing" section.

First Class is Hotel Collection’s premium annual membership. For $99/year (after a 3-day free trial), members receive 50% off a curated range of luxury home fragrance essentials.
How am I saving money with First Class?
You’re saving 50% on every eligible item. That adds up fast, especially when you scent like you live in a five-star suite.
How long does First Class last?
Your membership lasts one full year from the end of your 3-day free trial. Enjoy 12 months of luxurious scent and seamless savings. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of the year. No interruptions. No room changes. Just uninterrupted indulgence.
Can I choose what I use my First Class discount on?
Absolutely. First Class is à la carte luxury at its finest. Your 50% discount applies to a wide selection of eligible items—including oils (Pro-Pods™, 30mL, 50mL, Hourglass, and Chauffeur Diffuser oils), candles (and sand wax), room sprays, reeds, diffusers, laundry pods, bedding, PJs, travel accessories, wine, and even our Star Wars collabs. Whether you’re curating a spa moment or a scent-styled staycation, the suite is yours to build.
How does billing work, and can I cancel anytime?
Your First Class membership starts with a 3-day free trial, followed by annual billing at $99. You’ll be charged at the end of your trial unless you cancel before the 4th day. No blackout dates, no hidden fees. And yes, you can cancel anytime with just a few clicks.
Can I combine First Class with other promos?
First Class members already receive our most exclusive offer of 50% off eligible products every time you shop. Because of this, it cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes. Trust us, First Class is the upgrade.
