Cancellation policy

FREE DIFFUSER WITH OIL DELIVERIES PROMOTION

The Free Diffuser with Oil Deliveries Promotion (the “Promotion” or “VIP Bundle”) is a bundled product offering that includes a complimentary diffuser with the purchase of a qualifying oil delivery plan. Customers interested in this Promotion may elect to pay in full at the time of purchase or enter into a financing arrangement subject to its own terms and conditions. This Promotion is not a subscription and is subject to its own terms and conditions.

1. Thirty (30) Day Cancellation and Return Right. For consumers who have financed the Promotion and have not paid in full, the following cancellation rights apply:
(a) A customer may cancel their enrollment in the Promotion within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.
(b) To complete cancellation, the customer must return all delivered products (including the diffuser and any oils) in original, undamaged, and resalable condition.
(c) Upon timely return, any associated financing arrangement will be cancelled with no further obligation, and the Service Enrollment Fee will be refunded, if applicable.
For Paid-in-Full (“PIF”) consumers, cancellation within thirty (30) days is also permitted subject to the same return conditions. Refunds for PIF consumers will be made in accordance with Aroma360’s standard return policy.

2. Post-30 Day Term Commitment and Wind-Down Obligations. After the initial 30-day period has passed, financed customers who received a diffuser under the Promotion (i.e. the VIP Bundle) are subject to a thirty-six (36) month payment obligation under their financing arrangement. If a customer seeks to cancel or terminate the Promotion after the initial 30-day period—but before completing the 36-month term—they may only do so through the Wind-Down Process, which includes:
(a) Identification of Unused Balances – Aroma360 will determine the MSRP of all products and oils delivered to date. The value of undelivered products will be deducted from the consumer’s outstanding financed balance.
(b) Calculation of Remaining Balance Owed – To satisfy early termination, the consumer must pay an early termination balance equal to:
(i) The MSRP value of diffuser and oils delivered to date minus
(ii) The value of payments received to date.
(c) The consumer may satisfy the remaining balance either as (i) a lump sum payment, or (ii) by continuing with the original contract terms and payment schedule until paid in full.

3. Paused or Deferred Payments.  Pausing or deferring oil shipments does not count toward the satisfaction of the up to 36-month term. Any such interruptions may extend the term and may constitute a default under the financing agreement. Failure to make scheduled monthly payments may also result in default. Customers are encouraged to review the terms of their financing agreement for additional details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For customers enrolled in an Oil Subscription and Scent Accents, maintaining an active subscription for a minimum of thirty (30) days is required. If a customer is unsatisfied with their purchase before delivery, Hotel Collection® will provide a full refund. However, should the customer choose to cancel membership after delivery, but before the minimum term, the customer will be required to repay the promotional discount, in full, based on the net total of the order, and customer will be responsible for return shipping the product(s).

Customers enrolled in the $99.95 Diffuser with Oil Deliveries, Free Diffuser with Oil Deliveries, and/or Family Plan Membership promotion must maintain an active subscription for an additional minimum of three (3) months after the initial purchase Should a customer decide to cancel his, her, or its subscription before fulfilling this commitment, an early termination fee of ninety-nine dollars ($99.00) shall apply. Paused subscriptions in the $99.95 Diffuser with Oil Deliveries, Free Diffuser with Oil Deliveries, and/or Family Plan Membership are not eligible for cancelation if the account has not processed additional three (3) separate subscriptions that have been paid and successfully delivered. If a customer is dissatisfied with the purchase before delivery, Hotel Collection® will issue a full refund.

MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY SUBSCRIPTION

By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy. AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS: Once you subscribe, Hotel Collection will automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee in the next billing cycle. Hotel Collection will continue to automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee each month at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription through your Hotel Collection account.

SKIP POLICY

Customers may skip up to two (2) consecutive deliveries. The third consecutive month will be processed and charged automatically and cannot be skipped. This "2 skips → 1 processed order" cycle may repeat up to three (3) times within any rolling 12-month period, allowing a maximum of six (6) skips per year. The skip counter automatically resets 12 months after the first skip in the cycle.

DELIVERY DATE CHANGE POLICY

Each subscription is allowed one (1) rescheduled delivery per term, with a maximum extension of 10 days from the original delivery date.

ANNUAL PREPAID SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. General. Hotel Collection (“HC”) is offering an annual prepaid subscription plan. HC is under no obligation to make this Offer available at all times. However, if the Offer is available and you take advantage of the Offer, such Offer is subject to these Annual Prepaid Subscription Terms and Conditions (the “Offer Terms”) as well as the HC Terms of Use, located at https://Hotel Collection.com/policies/terms-of-service (“Terms of Use”).  To the extent that these Offer Terms conflict with the Terms of Use, these Offer Terms will control solely with respect to the Offer.
  2. Eligibility. Available in the US and all International Markets.
  3. Pricing. With the payment of $547.30 you will receive either one (1) 50ml Oil Diffuser and one (1) 50ml Oil of your choice, or one (1) 50ml Oil of your choice, depending on which option you choose, shipped to your door monthly for twelve (12) months. 
  4. Subscription. Before you pay any fees, you will have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged (“Subscription Fees”). All fees are in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise specifically provided for in these Offer Terms. Your Subscription will renew automatically on an annual basis and continue until you cancel. The “Subscription Billing Date” is the date when you first purchase your Subscription. Your Subscription will begin on the Subscription Billing Date and continue for 12 months (“Subscription Period”) and will automatically renew for successive 12-month periods (the Subscription Period and each such renewal period, each a “Subscription Period”) unless you cancel the Subscription or HC terminates it. Your account will be charged on the Subscription Billing Date and thereafter on the renewal date of your Subscription for all applicable fees and taxes for the next Subscription Period. HC or its third-party payment processor will bill the periodic Subscription Fee to the payment method associated with your account. 
  5. Diffuser Warranty. The diffuser has a twelve-month warranty as follows: if a claim is made in the first three months, a new diffuser similar to the one purchased will be sent as a replacement; any claim made after three months will be replaced with a refurbished diffuser. 
  6. No Early Cancelation. Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable and cannot be canceled mid-term. However, if you need to pause your deliveries for any reason, you can contact our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.   
  7. Delinquent Accounts. HC may suspend or terminate a Subscription for any account for which any amount is due but unpaid. In addition to the amount due for a Subscription, a delinquent account will be charged with fees or charges that are incidental to any chargeback or collection of any unpaid amount, including collection fees. If your payment method is no longer valid at the time a renewal Subscription Fee is due, then HC reserves the right to not ship you fragrances until your payment method is valid or delete your account and any information associated with your account without any liability to you. 
  8. Offer Modification and Termination. HC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of this Offer. Any Subscriptions in effect at the time the Offer is modified, suspended, or terminated will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time the Subscription was purchased.
