I rated the remote a one star for my current Diffuser. It did not work and it was different from the one that I purchased from QVC. It was suggested I try the pod cleaner.I purchased the cleaner, used it and my old remote is working again. Thank you Jefrey.
I purchased 2 Champange studio diffusers over the 4th of July holiday. Ironically, the courtesy remotes is identical to the remotes that came with the new diffusers. It worked perfectly with the new diffusers. So now I rate the courtesy remote 5 stars.
