Great product!

We have waited for years to get this product line and it surpasses anything you could use for your home. The scents and product reliability are top notch. So when we had a minor glitch with the remote and some guidance with troubleshooting they sent a new one right away and we were back up and in control in no time. Thank You!

Great replacement!

I reached out to customer support when my dog chewed my old remote and they sent me this one for free when it came back in stock which took less then 2 weeks! So grateful ! Thank you
