Best scent

I’ve been using Hotel Collection's The Force in my diffuser in my main living space, and it has become a clear favorite. The scent is composed and intentional, noticeable without being intrusive, and it sets the tone for the space in a way candles never quite did. I routinely get comments from guests about how good my home smells, which is usually the best endorsement.

I originally purchased the sampler set (in part because I’m a lifelong Star Wars nerd and their instagram advertising got me), and while every scent was well done, this one stood out immediately. The balance is excellent: neroli gives it a clean, uplifting opening; oud wood adds a smooth, modern depth; and cardamom provides just enough warmth and spice to keep it interesting. The overall effect is polished and inviting, confident, but not showy.

I also want to note how strong their customer service has been. I had an issue with a shipment, and the response was prompt, professional, and easy. They replaced the missing product quickly and followed through without unnecessary back-and-forth.

Taken together, the fragrance quality and the way the company handled a problem have made me a repeat customer. The Force is a scent I genuinely enjoy living with, and one I’d recommend to anyone who wants their space to feel elevated, intentional, and thoughtfully put together.

Must have home smell for autumn/ winter

Awesome scent. Smells just like Tom Fords Oud Wood. Must have in your hotel collection scents for autum/ winter time.
