Love it!

I love the penthouse. My house smells awesome and I don’t have to worry about turning it on/off. Roman (scent consultant) set the timers on my diffuser before shipping and it was ready to go when it arrived. The scents he chose for me after we talked about what I like were on point. I was hesitant at first but I love it so much that I also ordered a studio pro diffuser for my bedroom. The only thing I say they need to get better at is replying to emails. Some of us don’t have the time to wait in the phone during the day and prefer to communicate via email.

This product is great. it's the perfect size! I have the villa and the penthouse . the villa is downstairs and the pent house is upstairs.Everyone that enters the house asks about the product.

Working Great

I went through two of the smaller Pro models before they failed after a few months. You had to manually turn them on and off via a remote. This model feels much more rugged and it’s programmable for time and day of operation. The two things I wish for this unit is being able to set it up via an app instead of the confusing controls on the side of the unit.
