Bought Hotel Collection Pro Series late December '24 through QVC. So, when the remote quit I was very happy to be able to order another through your company. It makes such a difference! I have a senior dog
and she's the best dog ever but has a little odor that I am evermore battling. Your product does a great job
and I no longer feel embarrassed that our home is smelly.

We have waited for years to get this product line and it surpasses anything you could use for your home. The scents and product reliability are top notch. So when we had a minor glitch with the remote and some guidance with troubleshooting they sent a new one right away and we were back up and in control in no time. Thank You!
