Having it My Way

When receiving my order the sand wax bag had a hole in it and some of the product was in the bottom of the delivery box. Called customer service and talked with Patricia De La Cruz. She was awesome . She sent me a new bag right away. Great product and customer service. Best ever

Great smell ! I had a small issue with my sand wax upon delivery. Called customer service and talked with

"Darlin Guillen. I can still use the sand wax for my candle but wanted customer service to be aware of the issue so hopefully it doesnโ€™t happen again. Dariin was polite, informative and helpful. Love hotel collections and Darlin!! Great product and customer service!
