This recipe pairs excellently with a glass of Rosé 29. Floral nuances are refreshed with the crisp ripeness of peaches and bright undertones of sanguine orange, in this gently aged rosé wine. The aroma is a crisp explosion of fresh strawberries, raspberries and citrus with a marked thiolic character.
This light rosé completes entrees with duck, pork, pasta and cheese-based salads and is best served at a temperature between 35°-50° F.
