My daughter loved the ease of packing very roomy and organized. Loved the tracking feature and the safety locks. Luggage glides across the floor easy to navigate in crowded places. Worried about luggage getting scratched with use because it’s absolutely beautiful now. Does warranty cover scratches and dings due to airport handling luggage is the only question????

I went on my first trip and I used the luggage, after picking up my luggage at arrival at the airport, I noticed the luggage had a dent, and the luggage cover was torn. I reached out to customer service and they refused to replace the luggage even though it states lifetime warranty. Don’t waste your money.
Good quality. Rolls so easily. I loved them so much I bought my daughter a set.
I flew to San Diego, but so far I don't see any damage to my checked luggage. The built-in scale for the checked and carry-on has proven very useful as well as the built-in locks utilizing the zippers. Hope these last me years to come because so far, I'm very happy with the quality!
