Fantastic diffuser and customer service

I purchased a diffuser after being impressed with the wonderful smell of a friend's home. My first diffuser was defective and would not work properly. Customer service was EXTREMELY attentive to my issue and troubleshooted over a few emails with me. After this did not fix the problem they sent me a new unit which works perfectly. I am very impressed with a company who stands by their product and treats their customers with such care . I will definitely be recommending Hotel Collection to my friends and family!
