Having it My Way

When receiving my order the sand wax bag had a hole in it and some of the product was in the bottom of the delivery box. Called customer service and talked with Patricia De La Cruz. She was awesome . She sent me a new bag right away. Great product and customer service. Best ever

Great smell ! I had a small issue with my sand wax upon delivery. Called customer service and talked with

"Darlin Guillen. I can still use the sand wax for my candle but wanted customer service to be aware of the issue so hopefully it doesn’t happen again. Dariin was polite, informative and helpful. Love hotel collections and Darlin!! Great product and customer service!
