Not A Good Quality Luggage
I went on my first trip and I used the luggage, after picking up my luggage at arrival at the airport, I noticed the luggage had a dent, and the luggage cover was torn. I reached out to customer service and they refused to replace the luggage even though it states lifetime warranty. Don’t waste your money.

VERY sturdy, beautiful and practical luggage!
I flew to San Diego, but so far I don't see any damage to my checked luggage. The built-in scale for the checked and carry-on has proven very useful as well as the built-in locks utilizing the zippers. Hope these last me years to come because so far, I'm very happy with the quality!

Pretty And lightweight
It is great that this comes with the scale and a charger and a lock.. I really wanted the gray but it’s sold out and I settled for the black. I am concerned that it might scuff, but I haven’t yet gone on any trips so I am least speculating. I would love to get the matching backpack, but currently the black color is sold out as well. I hope they get more inventory in.
