Cabin Luggage Harness
Perfect size for cabin luggage with pockets for all essential items. When lifted off the luggage the two sides clip together accurately and strongly to easily carry by the top handle as a single bag. Looks smart. Much less cost than comparable luggage harnesses. Will need to test material and zips for longevity.
